Management Trainee (Technical)-558 Posts

Degree in Engg. (full time)with 65% marks (average of all semesters), in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil,Computer Science (IT), MiningorChemical Engineering. For Computer Science discipline MCA (3 years full time)with 65% marks (average of all semesters) are also eligible.

Candidates should be of sound physique, free from any physical defect. Medical standards stipulate minimum requirements of Weight 45 kg; Height 155 cm; Myopia and Hypermetropia, if any, not to exceed ± 4.00 in each eye and no squint or colour blindness, partial or full. Suitable relaxation in height and weight will be given to female candidates.

Management Trainee (Administration)-82 Posts

For HR, Marketingand Materials:

Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks (average of all subjects) with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marksin Human Resources/Personnel Mgmt. &Industrial Relations/Personnel Mgmt./Masters in Human Resources & Organizational Development for HR discipline, Marketing for Marketing disciplineand Production/Operations/Materials/Logistics & Supply Chain Mgmt. for Materials discipline.

For MT -Finance : CA/ICWA

Candidates should be of sound physique, free from any physical defect. Medical standards stipulate minimum requirements of Weight 45 kg; Height 150 cm; Myopia and Hypermetropia, if any, not to exceed ± 6.00 in each eye. Suitable relaxation in height and weight will be given to female candidates.

Age Limit : 30 Years(As on 01.03.2013)

Pay Scale : Rs.20,600-46,500/-
