Software Engineer
We are looking for an exceptional Senior software engineer to join the team that works on the PayPal Data Management.
If you really enjoy ETL applications and have interest in the latest Web technologies then this is your job.
Design and develop ETL solutions by leveraging the best-of-breed data platforms and infrastructure at PayPal.
Lead end-to-end efforts to standardize, build and enhance, automate the way we move data in PayPal and empower product and business teams to make data driven decisions.
Become the subject matter expert and influence the cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong programming skills in Java with understanding of performance, scalability, concurrency, scaling and extensibility.
Strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Expertise in database programming and performance tuning techniques; Teradata experience is a plus.
