Advisor - Voice Process

Receive, Research & Resolve Card-member inquiries over telephone

Document & Update Card-member accounts appropriately

Work within policies and established procedures

Deliver superior Card-member experience.

9-hour shifts in the 24/7 Operations

5-day working week (however, Sat-Sun are not the weekly holidays)
