Job Description:
Global Helpdesk Analyst
Provide a central point of contact for first level support to users of MWH IT Services.
To restore normal service operation as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to the business.
To minimize the adverse effect on the business of incidents and problems and to proactively prevent the occurrence of incidents, problems and errors.
Ensure all requests received are recorded, prioritized and escalated to ensure deliver of agreed service levels.
