Job Description:
Junior Test Engineer
Knowledge of setting up test environments, executing simulated environment tests (installing applications, preparing test data etc).
Good analytical skills.
Good grasping ability, willingness to learn.
Good problem solving skills.
Should be able to work independently.
Experience with functional, integration and regression testing methods.
Should be able to prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering all aspects of the specifications.
Should be able to come up with test data requirements to achieve the desired test coverage.
Should have fundamental knowledge of client-server architecture.
An ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical colleagues.
Good understanding of software production lifecycle process including software testing and customer acceptance testing.
