Graduate Trainee
The GTP is a 18-24 month training and developmental program for individuals with a Bachelor and/or Masters degree,which specifically prepares for a challenging position after the program ends.
By working within a team, managing responsibilities in challenging projects as well as rotating through different units, a GTP acquires knowledge in different working environments as well as knowledge on strategy, culture, processes,products and UBS services while continuously expanding their network.

Personal development plan.
Successful completion of the program.
Participation in all training modules.
