FM Engineer

Performs basic technical activities to service the customer directly or through customer interface, under supervision and following defined procedures.

Executes basic technical tasks according to defined procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Quick Learner and willing to work in Rotational Shifts.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Experience in Project acceptance is an added advantage.

Leadership and Management of FM team.

Leadership of technical support specialists.

Leadership of Trouble Ticket & CR activities.

Ensures 24×7 cover is available (shift & callout) for all technologies as needed.

FM Process & Tool development.
