Customer Care Executive
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive responsible for solving and handling customer support issues via emails and calls in a timely and professional manner.
The candidate will act as a basic point of contact for customer complaints, queries, request, feedback etc.
Primary Skills:
Escalate all critical customer issues to appropriate management levels.
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
Aim to resolve as many issues as possible in first time customer interaction.
Identify potential clients and forward them to respective department.
