Job Description:

Associate Quality Engineer

Execute software testing and develop test cases and test plans.

Install and configure software products on various platforms.

Develop and maintain automated software tests.

Report software defects and track quality metrics such as defect counts and test coverage.

Define and generate quality metrics and key performance indicators.

Define and roll out process improvements and participate in process audits.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

1-4 years experience in software quality assurance, software development, software technical support, or related field.

Knowledge of software development or quality assurance methodologies and terminology.

Experience in automated testing, software programming, or software scripting would be an advantage.

Exposure to any web-based applications, especially PDM/PLM, would be an advantage.
