Job Description:
Principal Software Engineer
Identify, track, and communicate patterns in hot spot problem areas.
Drive engineering teams to solve these issues so they do not continue as a pattern.
Act as a project manager to own and drive the resolution of issues referred to engineering.
Work directly with engineering teams to achieve the required deliverables.
Provide daily written and verbal communication with detailed information as to the latest status and next steps of the resolution process.
Represent the engineering group on phone conferences to discuss open issues as necessary.
Engage with Customer Support teams to create and optimize processes that will improve on the ability to resolve issues faster.
