Job Description:
Associate Analyst
Manage and respond to the day to day Changepoint inquiries, requests and production problems.
Maintain updates to operations documentation.
Run, analyze, action and communicate key Changepoint governance and compliance reports.
Run, analyze, action and communicate key Portfolio Management reports.
Execute regression test model for testing of application fixes/patches and all business owned functions.
Skills:
Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of testing techniques, tools and methodologies is required.
Intermediate level experience with MS Excel and Notes is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Exposure or working knowledge of business analysis techniques, tools and methodologies is preferred.
