Job Description:
Specialist
Maintaining inventory at optimum levels by raising purchase request (PR) through different ERPs.
Procurement of materials i.e. consumables, critical spares, standard repair, office supplies etc.
Raising purchase request (PR) by Sending RFQs, analyzing vendor quotes, having techno-commercial discussion with vendors, technical confirmation from stakeholder, forming sourcing & negotiation strategy in coordination with suppliers
Monitoring & maintaining Min./ Max/ Reorder level
Vendor development & management.
Required Skills / Requirements:
Excellent English verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Windows/Word/Power point/Outlook.
Candidate to be familiar with statistical, and good in analytical skills.
Ability to cope with business related multiple complex situations on daily basis.
Exposure to purchasing process and related functions.
Open to work in shifts.
